Encounter authentic histories of early
Plymouth at Pilgrim Hall Museum,
located in historic downtown Plymouth.
Pilgrim Hall Museum is one of the oldest
continuously operating public museums
in the United States, where authentic
possessions of the Mayflower Pilgrims
are displayed. The Museum’s
extraordinary collection of 17th century
artifacts, some of which actually came
on the Mayflower, illuminates the
complex story of English colonists and
Indigenous peoples during a remarkable
episode of America’s beginnings. It is an
intimate story of families of differing
cultures, conflict and courage in the face
of great difficulties.
